Our under 11 schoolboys team won 2 tournaments in the last week.
1. Winning their age group of our own football festival junior tournament on the June Bank holiday (Monday 5th of June) in Hadden park.
2. Winning the Bluebell Knockmitten Utd 9-aside tournament this weekend (Saturday 10th June).
They did this without losing a match or even conceding a goal in open play in either competition (10 games in all). Also both finals were decided by penalty shootouts, which added to the pressure for the boys. So by all accounts a fantastic achievement and all credit to the the lads and their coaches.
