Killester Donnycarney FC hosted a junior football tournament on the June bank holiday (3rd – 5th) at our club grounds in Hadden Park, Killester, Dublin 5.
We were delighted to welcome 54 teams with over 800 players from the ages of 8 to 11.
There was everything you could want for an exciting weekend of football – tackles, shots, goals, saves, penalty shootouts, food & drink, a few tears but mostly smiles and the sun shone gloriously.
By all accounts, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Congratulations to the winners but also to everyone who took part and helped out to make this a terrific event.
